When the weather outside is frightful

When the weather is bad outside and you want your high-energy child to get some exercise, you may want to try one or more of the physical activities listed below.
There. That was much simpler to say. (Though not as fun)
Seriously, though. There are plenty of physical activities that children of various ages can do indoors on a rainy, snowy, or frigid day. The list below is just a handful (a big one) of ideas you might want to try with your little one(s). Some of these activities will work for one person, others may need two or more (which means you might have to get physical). They all will channel your child’s excessive energy into something productive…that being exercise.
