Our final set of Picture Writing Prompts is about the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ. I hope your writers enjoy them and I hope that your family is blessed with a very Merry Christmas.
1. Trip to the First Christmas
You are looking closely at a nativity set one evening when suddenly, the room around you begins to swirl! Before you can figure out what’s happening, you find yourself standing before the infant Jesus in the manger. Finish this story.
2. The Woodcarver
Write a story about a woodcarver who makes nativity sets that are a bit more than just a bunch of wooden figurines.
3. Poem or Prayer
Write a poem about or a prayer to the infant Jesus.
4. Make It Yours
Come up with your own piece of writing for this picture.
Be sure to come back each week for more picture writing prompts or check out my Picture Writing Prompts Weekly Series to see the complete list of links.
Many blessings,
P.S. If you liked these prompts, I have more writing prompts for kids here. Enjoy!
